As intellectual property counsel, Harrison routinely drafts agreements pertaining to the acquisition, licensing, and distribution of copyrighted and trademarked properties. Increasingly, Harrison’s practice focuses on the merger of the entertainment and technology industries, such as negotiating agreements for the distribution of music by means of NFTs. In order to help his clients more effectively, Harrison has expanded the services he offers to include mediation and coaching, completing the training requirements both to serve as a mediator in the New York Unified Court System and as a professional certified coach.
