Description
Hiring executive and C-suite level
employees or contractors may be
substantially more complicated than
hiring regular employees, as their
agreements often cover areas not
otherwise present in common employment
agreements. Executives may require prior
determinations of bonuses, stock
options, additional paid time off,
limitations of liability, and other
