Prior to joining OLS, Amanda spent over half a decade working under the in-house legal counsel of a VC-funded medical software technology startup. As part of the sales operations and legal departments, she was routinely responsible for helping sales representatives negotiate deals and contracts, drafting addenda and amendments, and working with company executives to complete due diligence requirements for new funding opportunities. Stemming from her work and exposure to tech-heavy startups, she earned a certification as a Salesforce Administrator, and has an affinity for technical innovations in the blockchain and DLT industry.
